    WATER COLLECTION SAMPLE METHOD -

    NOTES:
WATER SAMPLE MUST BE UN-TREATED WATER!

WE NEED TO KNOW IF YOUR WATER IS BEING TREATED WITH WATER TREATMENTS, SOFTENERS, AND MAGNETS, ETC.

WE WOULD PREFER A WATER SAMPLE BE TAKEN AT THE POINT BEFORE ANY TREATMENT SYSTEMS BEGIN.

PLEASE SEND WITH YOUR WATER SAMPLE A DESCRIPTION FROM WHERE THE WATER COMES FROM AND HOW IT FLOWS THROUGH YOUR FACILITY.

    PROCEDURE:

    1.    Collect the water sample from the actual water supply from which the animals drink or at the source of water consumption.

    A.   Examples: Water Tanks, Automatic Water Tanks etc. - Indicate where the water sample was taken.

    B.   Ask your consultant if a sample needs to be taken from natural water sources such as ponds, creeks and streams.

    2.    Record SOURCE OF SAMPLE, DATE, AND TIME the sample was taken.

    3.    Indicate also if health issues exist with your animals, if any.

    4.    Send water sample in jar with a closed lid, along with water sample data and copy of printed receipt from payment on our website to:
